Account & Login
How do I create an account?
Download Hobbi from the App Store and tap "Sign Up". You can register with your email or use Sign in with Apple/Google.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a link to create a new password.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and data within 30 days.
Bookings
How do I book a class?
Browse or search for a class, select your preferred date/time, and tap "Book Now". Follow the checkout process to complete payment.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation policies vary by studio. Check the class details for the specific policy. Most studios allow free cancellation 24-48 hours before the class.
Where can I find my booking confirmation?
Check your email for the confirmation, or view your bookings in the app under Profile → My Bookings.
I was charged but didn't receive a confirmation.
First, check your spam folder. If you still don't see it, contact us with your booking details and we'll investigate.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Apple Pay through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
How do I request a refund?
Contact the studio directly first, as they manage their own refund policies. If you need additional help, email us with your booking details.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your full card number.
Technical Issues
The app is crashing or not loading.
Try these steps:
- Force close and reopen the app
- Check for app updates in the App Store
- Restart your device
- Check your internet connection
If issues persist, email us with your device model and iOS version.
Location services aren't working.
Go to Settings → Privacy → Location Services and ensure Hobbi has permission. Select "While Using the App" for best results.

Visit our Partner Portal to apply. We'll review your application and get back to you within 5 business days.
